SSA participated in the Mailo land platform, a stakeholders forum that brings together different land actors to deliberate on the issues affecting Mailo land in Uganda. One of the key concerns was how to deal with the dual ownership, the landlords vs the tenants. the documented and undocumented tenants and issues to do with ground rent. the platform is aimed at making policy proposals to improve the co-existence of the landlords and tenants on Mailo land.
