The network conducted a one day capacity building training for both its staff and board members in monitoring and evaluation on the 11^th of April 2017.

Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) being an important tool for optimizing the use of limited resources by ensuring efficient and effective implementation of projects and enabling planners and decision makers to draw lessons for the future, the network engaged experts from Uganda management institute for a one day training in monitoring and evaluation with specific emphasis to coming up with a Functional M&E system.

The conclusions generated from the training was to have some one assigned to carryout M&E and this process was the first phase for coming up with the network M&E system.
